Weaknesses: He’s a little slow, sometimes. The father has markers for intellectual detriment but has refused genetic testing. The mother is exceptionally intelligent, but has also refused the sort of testing necessary to validate such claims.

Agency Comments: This child ranks easily in class III, even though the parents assert a higher claim. He is indeed obedient, though his quietness is almost concerning. Exercise caution in accepting a trade on this child.
